differentiate refugees who flee to another country and those
who are still within the borders of their own countries. |

or, simply the perpetrators rob away the victim
after or before the victim died. |

dead: people was shot
until he/she died |

Tortured
and Kidnapped: torture, arrest and detention of
people without preliminary proofs and without any
legal papers such as arrest warrant and without
the consent of the victim, and the victim was not
being caught ‘wet’ on the spot when committing
breach of law, if any. The victim was tortured
before he/she was taken away or Tortured and
Kidnapped. In most cases, this terminology also
includes people disappearances. |

Shot:
being shot and wounded but the victim was
still alive at the time it was reported. The
victim was still alive when it was reported but
he/she may has died later. |

Tortured:
civilian was tortured without any logical
purposes or as a shock therapy or intentionally
tortured to extort confession no matter he/she
knows or does not know about the information the
perpetrator requested, but the victim was not
taken away or Tortured and Kidnapped. Note:
The victim was still alive when it was reported
but he/she may has died later torture, arrest and
detention of people without preliminary proofs and
without any legal papers such as arrest warrant
and without the consent of the victim, and the
victim was not being caught ‘wet’ on the spot
